Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Payment and Processing
Intuit Quickbooks
PDT, Inc. uses Quickbooks to store and collect customer data, but does not store payment information or other financial data. This data is used to process, fuilfill, and track orders made by customers, and may be shared with dealers specified by our customers. Quickbooks (and related services) are also used to track employee data, including payroll and timecard tracking. Full information about what data they collect and how it is used can be found in their data processing agreement.
Payment processing services enable PDT, Inc. to process payments by credit card, bank transfer or other means. To ensure greater security, PDT, Inc. shares only the information necessary to execute the transaction with the financial intermediaries handling the transaction. PDT, Inc. does not process credit card or bank transfer transactions through its website, and no data associated with these transactions is stored on it.
Some of these services may also enable the sending of timed messages to the User, such as emails containing invoices or notifications concerning the payment.
PayTrace

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. How we protect your data
PDT protects your data through SSL site security, along with password protections and anti-spam and site locking/monitoring tools. Access to specific information, such as usernames and user counts is available to only the site administrator. PDT does not gather or store an sensitive financial information such as credit cards or checking information. In addition, changes to the site are monitored by an on-site administrator.
What data breach procedures we have in place
In case of a data breach which may pose a risk to individuals, users will be notified within 72 hours of discovery without undue delay.
