PDT reserves the right to reject any instruments that we may deem not clean enough to be handled.
Available only within the United States and US territories. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories requires an additional shipping charge. If an instrument is unable to be sharpened for any reason it will be assessed for warranty coverage and replaced at no charge if covered by the warranty. For the replacement of any instruments not covered by warranty, PDT will contact you about your replacement options, either by phone or email. Instruments not able to be resharpened will not count towards your membership plan. Instruments that need to be replaced may be recycled through PDT’s EarthCare program, for every 12 recycled you will receive one PDT instrument at no charge.
